Mrs Nina Lawlor - Head of Infants

The Infant school at Silverline consists of our Early Years classes (Kindergarten and Reception) and Key Stage One classes (Year 1 and Year 2). We foster a unique, child-centred approach to learning which enables every student to reach their potential, within our stimulating and explorative learning environment. Learning experiences are tailored to meet the needs and interests of our students, and we aim to promote a love of learning in the early years of your child’s development.
This will be my sixth year working at Silverline, and I feel incredibly proud of the education we provide for our students. We are a progressive, forward thinking school, which upholds exceptionally high academic standards whilst also maintaining a nurturing environment for our students and their families. We pride ourselves in valuing every individual, from staff to parents to our esteemed students.
Having specialised in Early Years education, I am passionate about inspiring young minds. Across our Infant school we have a team of dedicated staff who consistently deliver purposeful, engaging lessons. I am delighted to lead, and be part of this team as we guide our children to be learners for life and citizens for the future.

Ms Julia Lepine - Head of Juniors
The Junior School at Silverline is made up of our Key Stage Two classes: Year 3, Year 4, Year 5 and Year 6. We deliver the aims and objectives of English National Curriculum through bespoke designed programmes of study and learning experiences, with the needs and interests of the child at the heart of everything we do.
Having held a variety of leadership roles in UK schools, I am proud to lead a team of dedicated and talented staff, who consistently go above and beyond to provide the very best learning opportunities for our children. Through our unique approach to teaching and learning, we are able to uphold high academic standards alongside a nurturing and caring environment in which our students thrive.
In the Junior School, we build upon the foundations of good practice established with the Infant department. We continue to promote a love of learning, with lessons designed to appeal to enquiring minds. Our aim is not only to teach curriculum content, but also to develop the whole-child in terms of fostering independence and a resilient approach to learning.
